in 1991, Moore Bass is a full-service civil engineering firm
providing site design, subdivision design and utility design. With
extensive experience to clients in Florida,
Georgia and Alabama, we have earned an excellent reputation
by providing quality services in a timely manner. The engineering
staff at Moore Bass brings a broad variety of expertise from
major roadways system design to private development streets
and alleys.
We are experts in rezoning, planning, and construction document
preparation. Landscape architects provide civil support through
the preparation of planning maps, color renderings, landscape
and irrigation plan, and mitigation plans.
We understand
regulatory agency interactions, construction costs and techniques,
deadlines and most important, how it affects the client’s
budget.
Moore Bass
is experienced with DOT projects and requirements, including
preliminary engineering studies, traffic studies, roadway design,
ROW plans, and minor bridge design. In addition, we are experts in hydraulic and stormwater studies and
modeling.

updates when proposed rules are out for comment and when new
rules have been implemented. We maintain regular agency contact
to ensure a full understanding of the rules as well as to continue

Drainage
Design (Hydrological and Hydraulic) Moore Bass
is exceptionally well qualified to provide a full range of drainage
and related services. We are experienced in storm sewer
design, box culvert design, bridge design, attenuation channel
analysis, erosion protection, outfall structures (both fixed
and movable) and channel analysis and design. Our drainage
capabilities include the design and preparation of plans
and specifications for urban and rural roadway facilities and
drainage improvement projects. We are fully qualified in the
use of WSPRO and HEC-2 for bridge and channel modeling, HY8
for culvert analysis and HEC-18 for scour analysis. We are ready to assist our clients with their drainage issues -
